The group sessions are open to everyone. The sessions are planned in a way that everyone can easily follow. No previous experience is needed.
During the sessions, you will need a quiet environment where you can move and lay down, a chair, a blanket, a glass of water and tissues.
The group sessions will be held on Zoom. The link will be announced through our page before each group session.

Fear, one of our most natural emotions, when not allowed and digested in the body, is experienced as repeating states of anxiety, worry, stress, and panic.
In this guided session, you will experience how to relieve these unpleasant states. Learning how to deal with your fear will also allow you to release physical tensions, silence your mind and recover your power back.

This group will support you to deal with your worries and grief. In extreme situations, we often hold back our emotions, being outwardly strong, holding on. In bodytherapy we do exercises like breathing a.m., you learn about how you are holding back and you learn to allow the feeling that was held back in your body. By sharing our emotional state in a group, it is easier to allow these feelings and experience the important moment of grieving together, and thus not feel lost alone in suppressed pain.
