Years ago, I found myself in a place many of my clients can relate to—trapped in a life that looked fine from the outside but felt empty on the inside.

I had completed a Master's degree in Industrial Design, and for a decade, I worked in corporate environments. Sure, I had security, but something was missing. I was going through the motions, doing what was socially expected of me, but I felt emotionally numb, completely disconnected from myself.


This disconnection from my body wasn’t just a mental or emotional issue—it manifested physically. I started feeling increasingly stressed and dissatisfied, eventually descending into depression. I realized that in my attempt to keep emotions under control, I had numbed myself, blocking my natural ability to feel and express emotions. I wasn’t honoring my inner need for fulfillment, and it left me feeling lost.


But, as with all good hero’s journeys, this struggle marked the beginning of my transformation. Through a psychotherapeutic process, I began to understand that true healing and growth don’t come from suppressing pain or discomfort, but from embracing it. I learned that body awareness was the key to uncovering my emotions, guiding me away from the overthinking and rigid mind and into a more embodied and authentic version of myself.


My own healing journey led me to discover the Grinberg Method—an approach that blends body awareness, conscious breathing, and experiential learning to create profound personal transformation. I had the honor to study with the founders of this methodology: Avi Grinberg and Ruth Elkana, becoming a certified practitioner after the 3 years educational program.

Since then, I’ve been guiding People who find themselves stuck in the same disconnection I once experienced, supporting them in learning to trust in the guidance of the body.
