Mirjam Köglsperger

For many years, I struggled with chronic back pain that began in my teens. For two decades, I didn’t know how to address it — until I discovered the Grinberg Method.

As a client, the method gave me a profound sense of empowerment. Through a clear, step-by-step process I learned to interrupt automatic patterns of helplessness, which released energy, supported healing, and strengthened my resilience.

Curious and inspired by my own change, I trained to become a Certified Grinberg Method Practitioner in 2004. Since then, I’ve offered one‑on‑one sessions across three cities, in three languages, helping people with pain, stress, low energy, lack of motivation, and repetitive patterns. Since 2017 I’ve also led group activities that help participants build confidence and practical self‑care skills.

In March 2020 I expanded my work to include online sessions, which lets me support clients worldwide. I’m also passionate about teaching and mentoring new practitioners — I believe the world benefits when more people bring this work into their communities.
